Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do NOT accept returns, store credit ONLY.
FSI strives to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase; meaning we understand that there may be a need to request a exchange in case a product is defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com with the issue description.
- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will give you a store credit of the same amount for you to make a separate purchase for a same or different item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
