Shipping & Services
Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours depending on item availability. Some items are not available for shipment within the standard 3 business days processing because we allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase. Please see the statement on the product page that would note if an item may take longer to ship due to delivery direct from manufacturer or being out of stock temporarily. If so please consider an additional estimated 5 to 7 business days to the shipping time for restocking. Thank you for your understanding.
We offer a variety of shipping methods for your convenience.
Items shipped via Standard delivery usually take 3 to 7 days once they've been shipped. Shipping and Service Charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, packaging, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you. Shipping charges are applied to the merchandise total of each individual shipment on your order. If shipping to multiple addresses, rate is charged for value of each shipment separately.

Customers have the option to select expedited delivery to receive their order more quickly. Customers may choose a 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day delivery service. The chart below details the delivery time frame for each particular expedited service. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (Eastern) will ship the next business day. Please note that expedited services are not available to PO Boxes.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
NOTICE: Please note First Sight International "The store" is NOT under any circumstance, responsible for late deliveries, packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at +1800-275-8777.
Packages that are returned to First Sight International "The store" due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with re-sending the package.
